2) Products & Handcrafted Nature

• Each hat is artisan-made; slight variations in color, texture, and detail are normal and part of the craft.
• Photos are representative; screen settings may affect how colors appear.

3) Custom Orders

• We’ll collaborate on materials, colors, and design elements.
• Deposits for custom work are typically non-refundable once materials are sourced.
• Custom and personalized items are final sale.

4) Pricing, Taxes & Payment

• Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
• Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
• We accept common payment methods via trusted processors.

5) Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to the address you provide; please double-check for accuracy.
• Estimated delivery windows are not guarantees; carrier delays can occur.
• Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is handed to the carrier.
• Every hat ships in a deluxe, reusable hat box — our gift to you.

6) Returns & Exchanges

• There are no returns and/or exchanges. All sales are final. 
• If you have issues with an item, please reach out and we will see what arrangements can be made.
• To start a return, contact us at dwmaestro@wbrdesigns.com with your order number.

7) Consignment & Wholesale

If you’re a shop owner, we’re happy to talk. Consignment/wholesale terms are handled under separate written agreements.

8) Promotions, Gift Cards & Discounts

• Promo codes must be applied at checkout and can’t be combined unless stated.
• Gift cards are final sale, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash unless required by law.

9) Intellectual Property

All content, designs, photos, logos, and text are owned by Brim & Burn Hat Co. or used with permission. Please don’t copy, resell, or redistribute without written consent.

10) User Content

If you tag or submit photos/reviews, you grant us a non-exclusive right to share them for marketing (with credit where possible). Let us know if you’d like content removed.

11) Third-Party Links & Tools

We may link to external sites or use third-party tools (payments, shipping, email). We’re not responsible for their policies or practices — please review theirs as needed.

12) Warranties & Disclaimers

We provide our site and products “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13) Limitation of Liability
