In our 'Get Inspired' Collection, you'll find some of our past creations — each one designed to spark inspiration for your own custom piece. If a certain style steals your heart, we’ll do our best to bring it back to life. Just remember, every hat is handcrafted from start to finish, so no two will ever be exactly the same. Each one carries its own soul, making your hat truly one-of-a-kind. See something you love but want a different color, band, or feather? Give us a holler — we’re happy to make a Brim & Burn original, custom-made just for you.
Custom Design Deposits
We love bringing your one-of-a-kind ideas to life! To get started on a custom design, we require a $20 deposit for trucker hats and a $50 deposit for rancher hats.
All custom-order deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the final purchase price of your hat.
Once your custom hat is complete, we’ll send you photos of the finished design for your final approval. Once approved, you’ll receive a secure payment link for the remaining balance. After final payment is received, your one-of-a-kind creation will be packaged up and headed your way!
